Grami

 Grami me aap kuch swasth aur poshtik khana khana chahiye jo aapko jaruri poshak tatvon aur urja pradan kare. Yahan kuch sujhav hain:

  1. Phal aur Sabjiyaan: Grami me, aapko prakritik phalon aur sabjiyon ka sevan karna chahiye. Jaise ki kela, seb, santra, tarbooz, kharbuja, kakdi, gajar, palak, tamatar, hari mirch, kaddu, bhindi, etc.

  2. Anaj: Anaj jaise ki gehu, chawal, jau, bajra, makka, etc., aapko poshtik urja pradan karte hain.

  3. Dudh aur Doodh se bani cheeje: Doodh aur usse bani cheeje jaise ki dahi, paneer, lassi, etc., aapko calcium aur protein pradan karte hain.

  4. Fiber se bharpur khadya padarth: Fiber se bharpur khadya padarth jaise ki daliya, oats, beans, lentils, aur chhilke wale anaj aapke pachan tantra ko sudharne me madad karte hain.

  5. Nariyal pani: Nariyal pani aapko hydrate rakhta hai aur poshak tatvon se bharpoor hota hai.

  6. Fruit aur Vegetable Juices: Fresh fruit aur vegetable juices bhi ek accha option hote hain, jo aapko poshak tatvon aur urja pradan karte hain.

  7. Dried fruits aur nuts: Such as badam, akhrot, kaju, kishmish, etc., aapko jaruri poshak tatvon aur urja pradan karte hain.
